The given pie chart compares the percentage of the producing energy from a variety of sources in a nation from 1985 to 2003.
Overall, it is evident that while the level of production of oil and nuclear in the country declined, the inverse was true fo r the remaining categories, with only the figure for Hydrogen unchanged. In addition, Oil recorded higher levels of producing energy than that of other types in both the 2 years given.
In 1985, the ratio of energy produced was around half of the maximum capacity, far oustripping other categories. Each of which represented between 4% and 22%.
Among these, Hydrogen was quite low relative to the proportion of other types of energy produced,
18 years later, Oil witnessed a rapid decrease in the amount of assemble energy reaching 39%. Similar changes, but to a lesser extent, can be seen in the figure for Nuclear, which went down by 5% to 17%. Coal displayed negligible growth in its energy manufacturing to 13%. At the same time, natural gas increased significantly by 10%. The percentage of production of Hydrogen was the only level to remain constant.
