07 11 2017 A family member is coming to stay with you He she will be arriving by train in the morning but you won t be home until the evening Write a letter to your relative In your letter explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and

Dear sam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am sorry that I will not be able to pick you from the station, as I have got an urgent work at office which I need to complete before the noon of your arrival. Which would enable me to take a day off the next day, this will enable me to spend some time with you.

The keys will be placed in a secured cabin outside the house, which is visible on the right hand side of the door handle. I have set the password to your birth year 1983, so that you can recollect easily. Once you have it, pull the door towards you and rotate it twice anti-clock to open the lock.

By the way, it is very easy to reach out to my house as it is next to the Queens bus stop. Once you get off the train, find the way post to exit, after you exit, there is a bus stop straight in front of station. You can catch bus no 7, which runs with a frequency of 2 minutes ensure to get down in the second stop. My house is behind the bus stop coloured green and numbered 17, that is the only house in green in the street.

As you get in, Try to refresh yourself, the breakfast would be placed on the table, please preheat if you wish so. I have pre-ordered your lunch it should reach by 1 PM and you don't have to pay for it. I should be back home by 3 PM. We will roam around the city and have a candle light dinner to night by the sea.

If you find difficulty in finding something and during your transit to home, ring me on my mobile. Hope you understand the situation.

Best Regards
Antony
