I am writing this letter because I want to complain about the washing machine of your company. On February 06, 2021, I bought this washing machine from your company. When I used it firstly, Do you know? The machine did not properly and I had it changed. Then, I bring the new washing machine go home, once more time, I was disappointed because this machine seriously entangled the clothes. These defects did not mention in the instruction book, which you took me. I usually brought many things to your market, but you make me so dissatisfied. I don't want to annoy you, but this machine doesn't use it although I changed it two times. I think your company was crashed. If in this 3 times, your machine crashed, I think you should refund. So, I hope, you can change for me a washing machine wasn't crashed. Thank you because you spend your time with me.
