The bar graph demonstrates the proportion of males and females that engaged in six different activities in Vietnam for 2010.
Overall, it is clear that in 2010, a higher percentage of boys than girls took part in sports, whereas art and crafts and going to the park were much more popular activities among girls than boys.
The proportion of boys playing sports was roughly 27%, and the figure for their female counterparts was significantly lower, at 12%. While 25% of the teenage girls in the survey often joined in art and craft, only 7% of boys did so. Similar changes can be seen in going to the park. The share of teenage boys was at 25% in 2010, compared to only 12% of the girls asked.
Looking at the chart, the percentage of teenage boys and girls choosing books and DVDs, which was around 18%. Meanwhile, the figures for books and DVDs are lower, at 10% and 15% respectively. In 2010, 15% of both sexes participated in computer games in Vietnam
