Dear Carolyn,
I am messaging you just to thank you for agreeing to look over my house and pet. I’ll be on holidays for the upcoming days, you can contact me to the place where I will be for any issue, it is Hilton Hotel in Beirut. I’ll write all the details and emergency numbers on the note board at the entrance.
My dog needs to be fed twice a day, morning and evening. You can find its food in the kitchen pantry. Change the water bowl daily and make sure he has clean and fresh water. At 6:00pm please take him for a walk in the neighborhood.
I would like you to look over my plants and vegetables at the backyard, water them each morning, unless it is raining heavily. Also, at night close the entrance door and keep the garden and balcony lights on. However, for privacy, please check the mail box before you leave and keep it empty.
I look forward to hearing from you. Take care.
Yours,
Katie
