Dear Sara,
I can’t thank you enough for the favor of looking after my house while I’m in Maldives. Even though it was on short notice, you readily agreed to manage the whole situation. You can call me on 136284652, when I’m away. I’m planning to use this number because it is free of roaming charges. Also, riya@abc.com is my email, in case you are not able to reach me on the phone. I will be occasionally checking my emails, as I have a deliverable soon after the trip.
Tommy, my pet dog will be home. We usually walk him in the mornings followed by his favorite food, biscuits. You can find those on the top rack in the store room. Tommy likes a bath twice a day. All his bath requisites are kept in the cabinet under the washbasin. There are some extra paper towels and cleaning supplies in the store room, in case of any emergency.
The garbage collectors will come once in two days, so you can arrange the plastics and recycling wastes accordingly. Please water the backyard garden on alternate days. Some saplings have just sprung out. Also, don't leave the back door unlocked as Tommy has the habit of pushing the door open.
