Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Zara residing in the 25th street of Westin Town for the past 4 years. I am writing to express my concern towards the noise arising from the road transport work since yesterday morning. Since my home is located at starting of the street, people are passing by often irrespective of the time. I understand they are improving the damaged roads. However, there are couple of issues faced by our community due to this activity. Firstly, the work is being done 24 hours, apparently, there are lot of disturbances in the surrounding areas and I am not able to concentrate on my studies due to the unbearable noise produced. As my exams are scheduled next week, please arrange for some alternatives at the earliest.
Secondly, drilling machines are used late nights and we are not able to sleep properly owing to the large sound formed. I would suggest that the task is done for a stipulated time-frame from 10 AM to 8 PM instead of working 24 hours. Additionally, please arrange for more number of people since the work will be completely rapidly. Looking forward for a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
ZARA
