I hope you are doing well. I’m sorry for not keeping my promise to come to your home to enjoy quality time with you and your family.
As you know, last week I came to Toronto for a business meeting. And, I made a promise to stay free on the last day of my business trip. However, I was occupied with a busy schedule. Unfortunately, I had to prepare the final documentation because the paperwork required to be submitted to my client on the last day of my trip. Due to this work, I was unable to come to your place for enjoying my free time with you on that day.
Besides, I did not have my dinner on the same day because of my work which got completed after midnight. After that, I took a shower and only had a Red Bull which was kept in the small refrigerator of the suite booked by my company. In all this, I forgot to remind you that I need to re-schedule our meetup plans.
Since I couldn’t meet you on my last visit to your city, I’m coming after two weeks on Christmas night at your place. This time I won’t be disappointing you because we have winter holidays to enjoy Christmas and New Year’s eve. So, let’s plan to go outskirts of your city to enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains.
