Dear Mrs. Barrett,
I am writing with regard to your advertisment dated 15th July, that I came across in the local newspaper. I am glad to let you know that I am willing to help you in your house for few hours a day next summer.
I assure you that I will be of great help to you. I must tell you that I love cleaning and so you need not worry about doing the laundry or washing dishes. Additionally, I am a nursing student and acquire correct knowledge of the medications. So I can take good care of you while you are feeling under the weather.
I am eager to take up this job as the timing is impeccable. Next summer our university has provided three weeks off for doing some volunteer social activity. And taking care of your certainly matches my requirement.
As I mentioned earlier I will be available only for three weeks at any time you ask me to come. However, we can adjust my timings after I rejoin the University. I would be happy to help you even for an hour. Please do consider my request.
Yours sincerely,
Rachana
