Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing a letter in connection with the internet problems which create numerous obstacles on the way of daily life.
First of all, I have been using the internet connection of your company since 2014. I had not faced any sort of problem from your side earlier. But unfortunately, the internet speed becomes slow from the last couple of weeks. Sometimes, we lost the connection as it shows network error on our electronic gadgets. In addition, people of my street face similar hindrance from last two weeks. Due to this, one cannot watch videos without buffering and do video calls with their kith and kin. What is more, It also puts a negative impact on the education of learners indeed.
Furthermore, the company should have to send a technical team to check the internet pace and sort out aforesaid problems at the earliest possible so that every individual get speed according to their plan.
I expect immediate action to be taken from your side to resolve these issues.
Yours Sincerely,
Harrie
