I am writing this letter to inform you that there is a technical issues with the internet connection in our area. Yesterday in the morning most of the tenants and I faced some difficulties in joining the internet. We tried to turn the wify device off and on several times without any progression in the performance.
As a result of such error, most of the people and I were unable to do our daily tasks due to the poor service in the internet connections. Since most of us are students, this matter is extremely significant, thus, we forced to find other places such as internet cafe to finalize our assignments.
Therefore, we extremely are looking for your support to fix this problem as soon as possible by sending someone to check out this problem. In case this issue needs more than one day to be fixed you are kindly requested to supply us for a temporary internet line until solving our problem.
I would appreciate your immediate attention and action to this matter. I look forward to receiving your supportive response.
