On a recent holiday, you lost a valuable item. Fortunately you have travel insurance to cover the cost of anything. Write a letter to the manager of insurance company. In your letter:
- Describe a the item you lost
- explain how you lost it
- tell insurance company what would you like them to do
Dear sir,
I am penning down this epistle to inform you about the lost of my smart phone during my holiday vacation to Bangkok on last weekend. Since I am fully covered under insurance policy of lost during travel, I am hoping to get my insurance money.
Firstly, this unfortunate incident happened during 21st September 2019 to 27th September 2019. I was on paradise beach when I lost my phone in sand. It was an apple iPhone X which cost me around 75,000. I search for the cellphone for an hour but it was nowhere. Beside this, I immediately logged a FIR in the nearest police station.
Since, I hold insurance coverage for the mobile phone, I would like to claim the full insurance amount for the lost of precious item. I am entitled to claim an amount of 50,000 as an insurance refund for the lost item. I would be thankful to you if you can transfer the same amount into my bank account.
Looking forward to hearing you soon.
Yours Sincerely,
Milan Desai.
