I writing to express my disappoint in the attitude of one your employees during my recent trip to Bangalore.
On the 5th of January, I boarded flight 253 from Chennai to Bangalore. I had made reservations well in advance and had chosen a vegetarian menu for my in-flight meals. However, a non-vegetarian meal was served to me in the flight. When I reported the incident to the air-hostess she was not apologetic about her mistake and insisted that I had not made the request in advance and she had run out of vegetarian meals. Further more, she did not make efforts to check in the pantry for any vegetarian snacks that can be served to me. I am a diabetic patient and it is crucial for me to consume food at appropriate intervals to manage my blood sugar levels. This incident had a drastic effect on my health for the whole day.
I am a frequent flyer on your airlines and I never encountered such an unsympathetic employee all these years. I would appreciate if you could provide adequate training to your employees about serving their customers. An impolite and indifferent attitude does not create a positive flying experience. I would appreciate if you could schedule a call with me sometime next week to discuss a compensation for the trouble I endured.
