I have been working in the company for seven years as a financial adviser but the with opening of new branch in Berlin, Germany, I have got a promotion and I was appointed by board of management as Operation Manager to this country.
However, according to my head manager, before I start the new mission I should attend some educational programs that are time management, making correct decision, how to manage employees and so on. I would be grateful if you could send me list of programs that I can join at the trainer center and provide me a little more knowledge date of programs?
In fact, I have had many experienced detrimental situation in the previous job about conflict between employees and employer. Therefore I really keen on participating these kind of practices.
