Essay topics:

Some parents and teachers believe that children’s behaviour should be strictly controlled, while others think that children should be allowed to grow up in their own way. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Nowadays, teachers and parents want to control their children’s behaviour and attitude. In a while some believe that they should be strict control, others are more lenient on the control. There are important reasons behind both these thoughts.
Firstly, children’s don’t have enough knowledge and awareness about their surrounding area or people and they won’t more careful and recognize the dangers that may face. Moreover, they are not capable of facing or handling such an uncomfortable incident while occurs. Secondly, as children grow up they are expected to have a certain acceptable level of behaviour with kindness, respect and decency. As not all children are alike, sometimes parents and teachers may have to them by following strict actions in order to discipline, carve a noble human being out of the child. Therefore, it is reasonable for some people to think that strict control of behaviour is important to keep them out of danger as well as to practice the disciplines.

On the contrary, children’s are free thinkers and they have ample of energy and curiosity that needs nurturing by letting themselves on exploring and getting experienced the world outside without any kind of restrictions for them to learn the good, bad and ugly by and within themselves. For that to happen, they need more freedom to discover things on their own. But, that must be done with proper guidance and supervision with great care and attention. There are enough studies done in the world over to support that evidence.
In conclusion, it is important to note that each child is unique in their behaviour and attitudes. The level of supervision and proper guidance they need in order to become a good-hearted person in the many aspects. There is no one can teach the discipline, it has to come from the child by the great care and supervision.
