Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the serious problem.I live in vikas nagar area and we are facing huge difficulties due to rubbish collected in our area is not dumped properly.The system has been made for this purpose is not working effectively.They don't collect garbage on daily basis.Also, there is no proper management of throwing our household garbages.Local resident has to deal with so many issues because of this.This is contributing some health related problems however, we are taking so many precautions to avoid that.Additionally, senior citizens and children are more prone to any kind of infection that can be caused by garbages.Also, so many types of insects are developing in our neighbourhood, which is i am sure because of this only.
I would really appreciate that if you could take serious action to provide solution of this problem.We request a proper garbage collection rule should be made. There should be defined time for this process, so that all the people be aware of the timing. As well as, proper dustbins should be places in every area. There should be provision of dumping different type of waste in different dustbins for instance, wet waste and dry waste should be dumped in different boxes.
