Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing regarding the dysfunctional rubbish collectors that are not working properly for almost three days and bring us some problematic issues.
To let you know about the location of our neighborhood is located on 24 east street. These dumping systems do not have empty spaces for our garbage since whatever we put in them will be gone out in an hour. since I am not really familiar with these systems I could just provide you with this extension of information.
As our neighborhood is not provided by any other garbage collecting systems it has been three days that people have put their wasting materials in front of their houses. In fact, trashes all around the houses swallow the beauty of our neighborhood and also trashes are smelly and it is not really healthy to breathe the air which is highly polluted with garbage.
I would appreciate it if the local council could take steps to tackle this problem. I think this problem is not something insolvable and people who have the expertise of repairing these systems can easily fix them. It would be great if you send one of your professional workers to iron out this difficulty.
