Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the new door to door garbage collecting system.
The system was working well in the starting however, it is becoming worse day by day. The lorry for the collection of the garbage earlier use to come alternate days but now it has no schedule even sometime it crosses week. The basic reason for this there is no supervisor in the garbage collection department who can have records about the sweepers and collection from areas. Most of the times sweepers are either absent or comes late in the morning.
Due to the above problem, the rubbish material got stacked in the locality and outside the house which is like an invitation to mosquitoes and flies. The foul smell coming from that garbage has started deteriorating the health of children and elderly people. The parent usually does not send their children to playing outdoor games because of the fear of infection. Besides this, we are not able to sit in our balconies or open our windows because of this smell.
I would thankful to you if you consider this matter seriously and also an alternate is kindly to hire a supervisor for the department for better results.
