I am writing to you regarding the complaints about rubbish collection in our area that we have received over the past few months. Additionally, I would like to share my opinion about how to address this issue.
My neighbourhood has stated their dissatisfaction with the rubbish collection and most of the complaints were due to the inaccurate time when the garbage is collected. It happens once in a week and every time the day and time is different. Last week the rubbish was collected on Friday at 9 o'clonk in the morning, whereas the previous week garbage collectors came Thurdsay night around 6 p.m.
The neighbours have been showing their concerns and irratation about now knowing when to store the garbage outside. Needless to say, the rubbish collection in our area is very important considering the amount of people living in our neighbourhood.
Taking this into consideration, I suggest to make a strict system that can be used for rubbish collection. Moreover, if there are to be any changes in the schedule, then people are notified of them 2 days in advance.
I am hoping that you would look into these recent complaints and implement the suggested changes to better serve the inhabitants and to keep our reputation intact.
