Dear Mr Brown,
My name is Richa, I reside in a flat adjacent to your house and I am writing in regards to some problems I have been having recently that have made it intricate for me to concentrate on my work.
I am living here since two years,I am in my second year of engineering now. I have final exams next month for which I require peaceful milieu to study. Although, I agree that all residents have liberty to do things they like in their apartments, but your recreational activity is making it very difficult for me to focus.
The problem is when you often play music at loud volume, I can't really concentrate and it is invariably affecting my studies. This was true last week also. Though, I have even tried to change my study timings but all my efforts have been proved to be in vain as I can hear loud music even during late hours at night. I am afraid to mention that if I will not be able to study properly then it would definitely affect my result in a bad way and I will not be eligible for the scholarship which I indeed deserve.
I am hoping that you could listen to music at low volume, so that I can prepare for my exams well and score good grades. I apologize for the trouble, however, I would be grateful for your cooperation.
