Suggest how the reception could be improved
I am writing a letter base on numerous complaints that have received about the reception area. The most problem that it considered in several complaints is that the atmosphere of the reception area is unpleasant. Another issues is that there are not sufficient seats for visitors. Also, visitors complained that they were not welcomed warmly.
Since reception area is the first place that visitors might see, it is important that our company hold happy memories for them in order to they can spend some quality time with us and we develop company reputation. In addition, the vast number of people might visit these place. Consequently, it should be specious and well-equipped.
I would like to mention that the reception area could be improved by purchasing standard air conditioning and comfortable seat. Moreover, our company should recruit expert staffs who have excellent interpersonal skills and the reception should be decorated tastefully. I hope you find it useful.
Yours sincerely,
Bahare Past
