there has been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved. write a letter to your managerin your letter:describe the complaints that hav

Dear Sir,
In regards to the discussion we had last, I am writing this letter to report the complaints, issues and suggestions with respect to the main entrance reception.
Firstly, To get a better understanding of what each customer expects from a reception, we have handed out a questionnaire to every customer who enters the main hall through the reception. Based on the feedback we have outlined the following complaints and their respective suggestions.
It has been reported by 70 percent of customers, that there are two receptionists available at any time of the booking and this in turn causing unpredictable waiting times. On the flip side, the appropriate solution to this could be hiring atleast a couple of new associates, since we are in November and it will be more crowded on New Year eve in January. Others however, reported that the computer which takes the bookings in reception is not as quick as one expected and this furthermore is delaying the bookings – To counteract, we need to replace the computer with a upgraded machine which takes quick bookings.
The main reception is an entry point for each customer and above outlined problems is really affecting the reputation of our Hotel in public.
Hoping the suggestions can be taken into consideration and quick improvements can be made.
Yours sincerely,
Asst. Supervisor
