Dear Dr John
I am writing this letter to express some dissatisfaction about the main reception of our company. I know that you have been received several complaints note from neither staff or customers and I am so grateful that you decided to solve this issue as soon as possible. I analyse the individual’s reports about the main entrance and categorised them to three parts. The first one is about the design of reception area. They believe that it has not any correct concept in its’ architecture, the zone is very dark and the furniture are very old and uncomfortable. Moreover, not only is it very small area but also it has not any rest room for both staff and clients. From the aesthetic view the hall does not have any interesting thing and it does not show the main lobby of one big company. In my opinion, the reception area is a first place that our guest or client confront with it and it has a direct effect on their next decisions. Therefore, having an invitation entrance and very beautiful and architectural lobby can encourage clients to improve their relationship with our company, hence the rate of economy situation will be increased, which is our aim in our long-term target. I shared this issue with my friend how is an Architect designer, and he gave me some useful and suitable suggestions for improving reception zone. By adding the store zone to this area, we can make more than 100 square meters lobby, and behind the reception desk can built the WC. Moreover, more sun light can go to reception area by expanding the size of windows.
At the conclusion, replacing the old furniture with new modern can make a lovely place for our non-formal meetings. The next month can be suitable time for changes, because we are in winter holidays and the company will be closed. I am so thankful if you will agree by changing interior design.
If you need more information please feel free and call me when you want.
Yours Sincerely,
