I feel the need to bring to your attention an issue I have with the manner in which your bus services are being operated in my area. Allow me to elaborate.
Couple of issues I would like to bring up which are cleanliness and punctuality. First of all, for the last couple of weeks I have been observing the cleaning stuff do not perform their duties properly, hence, there are lots of dusts along with other garbage on the seats. Therefore, it is very annoying while travelling to work. Secondly, I start my work at 5:00 A.M in the morning so I have to fetch the H25 bus at 4:30 A.M. Last two weeks has been a disaster for me and I have reached late at my work because the bus did not stop at the designated bus stop.
I trust you can empathize my situation. Thus, I am expecting you to dig deep in to the matters and make sure proper route management is in place. I would also like you to check the CCTV footage in the bus; it will help you to sort out matter quickly.
