This is Sam, residing at South road, Rose garden. I would like to bring to your kind attention about the issues faced by the residents of Rose garden.
Rose Garden is a hub for many century old institutions, students who pursue their courses solely rely on public transport to commute. Unfortunately, in the recent times the students and pubic face more discomfort while they use public transport. The buses are poorly maintained and to mention in specific, the seats are torn and the steps to get into the bus are very stepper.
It's also noted that frequency of bus at certain stops have reduced to a very far extent. Many school going students and college students find it difficult to reach their place on time and there is a significant increase in traffic congestion at peak hours.
Kindly look into this issue as earlier as possible before any unwanted happenings could occur. Anticipating a quicker change in our area.
