Dear Z,
I Cucoo, one of the residents of the Hill Avenue Society is writing this on behalf of my Society to bring your attention towards the increase of disposal garbage and dirty roads in our street. Our society has always been an exemplary in terms of maintaining hygiene and good health.
But from past few months, the littering of garbage on roads has increased due to the insufficient number of trash bins. The lack of trash bins is resulting in overloading of disposables and has lead to the birth of some maggots and invitation to insects. Also, the foul smell in the street is causing air pollution which sadly has started affecting the health of many residents.
We all at our utmost are trying to cut down on our garbage however, the situation still persists. Thereby, I suggest a measure that more trash bins must be provided in the area in order to curb down the air and land pollution and separate trash bins for recyclable and non-recyclable garbage. I am sure this will promise fresh air and clean land again to the society.
Looking forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Cucoo
