How are you? I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this in response to your letter saying about your visit to me next weekend.
I am extremely sorry but I will not be able to entertain you during your visit. Well, I would like to inform you that I have a business meeting in France next week. I will be leaving on Friday night and returning on Tuesday evening. This meeting is of extreme importance for my career and promotion therefore, I cannot deny this opportunity.
I know you are a little worried about meeting me because I promised you to help you with your assignment. However, you need not worry about it we can plan that meeting on Wednesday evening and can even have dinner together.
I would like to recommend to you this I will not be available you should meet other friends and if you have any issue of staying then you can stay at my resident. There are famous places which you can visit with your other friends.
