-Explain in detail how your friend can help
Dear Juvan,
I have been one of the members of the "Help-a-child" charity organization in my community. As an active member, the group is planning to hold a program the following week. With regard to this, I am writing to ask for your assistance in collecting the funds that we need during this occasion.
The charity group is sincerely would want to render their service and offer it to the street children of Dagupan City. We are a non-government organization which obtains our funds mainly from church and individual donations. Hence, if we have come short with our resources, we ask other organizations and people who could help us make this program possible.
As my good friend, I am asking for your assistance in raising money to suffice the budget out charity is aiming to collect. I know you have been the president of the musicians club in your school. Perhaps, I may suggest if it will be possible to hold a mini-concert in the weekend, This would entail a lot of your time but I believe this would be successful.
Call me as soon as you received this, so that we can talk more of the plans and if you have a bright idea for us to work on. Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Fiona
