Write a letter to the manager of a hotel where you stayed and left two important things Give details of your stay Why those two things are important How he cab return the things to you

Respected Sir,

I am Janet and the purpose of this email is to claim the items that I had left at your hotel.

I had stayed at your hotel from 20th to 25th September during my trip to Toronto. The actual accommodation dates that I had booked were until 28th of September but unfortunately, I had to leave earlier due to some personal reasons. And, while leaving hurriedly I had left my watch and a blazer in my room S102.

Firstly, both the aforementioned items are my most valued possessions. The watch was gifted to me by grand-father when I completed my high school graduation with flying colors. And, the blazer was bought by my mother for me when I first started my career. I left these two items behind in the wardrobe.

Secondly, I would be so grateful if you could courier it to me at the earliest as I have an important conference held next week and I need both the items as I consider them as my luck charms. I have given my current address and phone number at the reception while booking my stay. Additionally, you can also reach out to me on my secondary contact number +2-7890467301 and I would message you my location details. Furthermore, I would like to bear the courier and service charges for this kind help.

Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

Yours Sincerely,
Janet
