What you want organizer to do.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain about the hotel room booked for me while I was on an official trip.

I had travelled to Mumbai last week and the hotel ‘Apsara’ in Juhu beach, room number 202 was allotted for my stay. I had stayed there for couple of days, from 1st July to 3rd of July, as my meeting got extended for one additional day.

Although the hotel looks quite decent, but the staff over there where lacking courtesy and one of them had almost misbehaved with me over an insignificant issue. As the situation unfolds, I had ordered for cheese corn soup instead the one served to me was having lettuce in addition, to which I am allergic. When I raised an alarm for wrong serving the arrogant waiter argued that I requested for the same and they have served correctly.

I would like you to acknowledge this incident and have a word with the owner of the hotel. Since, our organization is a premium customer for that hotel I hope if you talk with the concerned person, with relevant points, then it will leave an impact and no one from our company would have to undergo such scenario again.

I anticipate to listen positively from you.

Yours faithfully,
ABCX
