Write a letter to the Tour Company manager to appreciate your tour guide
1. Give your tour details 2. What do you like about the tour guide 3. Suggest ways for the manager to appreciate the guide
Dear Mr. Sam,
I am writing to express my thanks for making our visit to the Hallelujah Mountain on 23 August 2019 a wonderful experience and moreover, for providing us with an amazing guide - Mr. Sujan - on our tour.
As you know, we were in a group of 12 visitors which mainly consisted of foreigners coming from as many as 8 different countries. As expected, not all of us were equally proficient in English language which I had supposed would make life difficult for Sujan. However, it was a complete surprise for all of us as we could find him responding in six different languages depending upon which nationality he was addressing to. Although, I have met multilingual guides on my previous tours to other places, this was a completely different experience. We all felt the need to show our appreciation and buying him a Canon M565 Camera was just a small gesture for his extremely heroic efforts.
In my opinion, it must be a matter of great privilege for any tour agency to have a tour guide as talented as Sujan. Therefore, I would much appreciate if you could offer him an increment in his salaries as he deserves more than he is currently entitled.
Please let me know how you feel about my suggestion.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Sunjan
