Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my satisfaction with one of your tour guides who delighted us on the last trip. Allow me to elaborate on this situation.
Last month I have visited the Altay Mountain region where I jumped at the chance to discover the unexplored wilderness and learn more about the local traditions of indigenous people. Eventually, we were recommended to hire one of your guides named Mark Smith.
Deep down, I was not sure about the qualification of our guide but I was wrong. I derived a lot of pleasure from this journey. We set off to our trail at the crack of dawn and came back at the midnight. Never before have I had such an absorbing tour. I saw a lot of sights and tried samples of local cuisine. Mr. Smith was not only an all-arounder person but also quite intelligent and amazing interlocutor. Behalf of participants I would say, it was a great pleasure to have a fascinating tour featuring an outstanding tour guide.
I took the liberty of making suggestions to reward your guides, namely allow participants to express their appreciation through finance incentives via your site. It would be great to leave feedback as well as tipping for guides.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours faithfully,
Helen Pr
