Dear Mr. X,
Regard to our company's computer system, recently I have just started to join a course of using ERP as known as Enterprise Resource Planning which is applying for all our company's project management system. After this course, I encountered a problem should inform to you to solve it as soon as possible.
Normally, a software or application use for a civil project should sync with schedule of construction work but with this version of ERP I do not think that it possess this feature. It would impact to civil engineer or planning engineer who need every day to prepare a schedule and calculate to sync it with the ERP, they would waste their time, our company waste money, our project waste human resources too.
Therefore, by this letter, I would like to inform you to request for adding a feature for the ERP of our company's computer system which could sync with daily updated schedule of civil project.
