Dear Mr. Anand,
I am writing this letter to inform you that my computer has suddenly crashed and encountered purple screen of death, wherein, the screen has completely turned purple in color and nothing is visible on it. I tried reopening the system and was unsuccessful.
Due to this situation,I am unable to proceed with my cases that have been assigned to me for today. Hence, I would like to request if you could kindly send an email to IT department on my behalf as I am unable to access my outlook to send an email. Also, kindly provide me an exception and allow me to leave early as there is nothing I can do without my system. Once this issue will be rectified, I assure you that i would complete all my pending work.
