Dear manager,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention towards technical glitches that occurred in computer systems of Haryana Department.
There are manifold points behind this phenomenon. First and foremost, as you know my whole work depends on computer device. From last few days, the operating speed of system was slower than usual. I sensed window got outdated which is interrupting it is working efficiency. Apart from that, floppy disk driver is out of range as it does not recognised data when I insert disk into it. I am unable to perform my job with diligence owning to distractions cause by it.
On the other hand, I tried on my behalf to troubleshoot glitches however, I was failed. I have to prepare records of monthly attendance for every employee. Besides this, I have to maintain accounts of remuneration, incentives, duties and responsibilities for Human Resource’s. Therefore, I wanted to send e-mails to the new job applicants for the interview but it also got delayed due to technical concern in computer.
I hope you understand this inconvenience and arrange a technician to sought out this obstacle as soon as possible. A new window can be installed to enhance its manipulating speed. It would enable me to perform my tasks in an effective manner.
