Dear John,
I just saw an email seeking nominations for the best employee of the year award. I would like to nominate Imran from our team as a candidate for this Award.
From quite a long time, I was wondering that their should be some reward for Imran as he has helped our company in saving $20,000 within a shot span of time. According to our past reports, this is the biggest savings we have even done and same was also appreciated by our onshore client, Paul. Apart from this, Imran is a great motivator for the entire team and is a one spot resolution for all of us. Even, I had learnt various professional traits from him with the help of which my performance has also improved.
I would also like to share with you that, Paul has helped various new joiners with growth path sessions. He is a person who has a great sense of convincing power and one who know's, how to lead by example. I believe that, he has all the characteristics of an efficient employee and he truly deserves the award.
I look forward to an update from you regarding the same.
Thank you
Raj (Team AOS )
