Dear Sir,

I hope your day is going great. I am writing this letter to inform you about some company documents I lost when I was traveling to the east last weekend.

I misplaced the blueprint for the permanent site of our company, and I could not find the receipts of the last transaction we made to the architect who is in charge of the new building project. Also, I noticed the receipt for this year's office rent was missing, and I remember I put it together with the other receipts.

I travelled to Enugu on the 4th of February 2023 with those documents, and I was very upset when I found out that I have misplaced such important documents.

However, I suggest the architect gives us another blue print of the company's permanent site since he produced it. In addition, I suggest the receipt for the office rent should be reissued, and the receipts for the building project should be reissued too.
