You and your colleagues have recently attended a foreign language training course organized by your company. Now you all want to do some more language training.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter,
say how you and your colleagues felt about the course
explain why you all want to do more language training
suggest when and where the training could take place
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Mike, and I am working as an Internal auditor at your company for the last two years. First, I would like to thank you for organizing a French course the last month which my colleagues and I have attended. I am inscribing this missive to request you to arrange advance level French language course.
The program that was attended by us was a basic french course. Therefore, after taking part in it, we feel extremely ecstatic. Moreover, it boosts our confidence and ameliorates our communication skills both personally and professionally. Furthermore, the earlier course that we attended was for beginners like us. However, now we feel a strong urge to have advanced training.
To have an efficacious transmission with French-speaking people and companies, some more training is required. We can get this tutoring in our conference room which is very spacious and left unused pretty much all the time by the following week from 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM. Additionally, we would like to have another professional French tutor along with the previous trainer.
Yours sincerely,
Mike
