Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the worst condition of the furniture. Let me introduce myself, I am Jenn, your renter residing in Aashna Complex Flat number 10.
No doubt that, the flat is surrounded with the beautiful view of the sea and greenary due to which I selected your complex to stay. Since, it was being clearly communicated before that, you will be going to replace the furniture after we get settled in the flat. As, we have last week got shifted. The furniture is into bad condition, even we cannot sit on it. Likewise, master bedroom also has similar condition, where one of the corner edge got broken. It is looking very ugly to see and difficult to manage and sleep regularly.
It's my humble request to you, kindly look into the issue and resolve the problem. Apparently, if this does not works with you, please provide any alternative solution to it. You can allow me to shift to any other flat in your complex.
Yours sincerely,
Jenn
