Dear Mr. Smith,
I am rocky stone, we had just safety came back home yesterday, today I would like to write this letter to let you know the bad conditions which have made us very uncomfortable when we stay in your apartment.
Firstly, I would complained about the air-condition in the children room, it was not too noises but also not reach the degree as we expected, all my kids could not well sleepped and they were suffered with these situation.
Secondly, there was not TV remote-control in adult room and the rest were out battery, as you know the convenience store was very far from there, it was took a lot of time to get the store, I was extremely unsatisfactory with this case.
So, I would like to ask you would be carefull double-check all the facilities, make sure they are well running and in good condition before handover to the guest, avoiding for someone have met the unhappy in their vacation like us.
