You are going to have a business trip and arrange your friend to look after your children. Write a letter to the friend, tn your letter, you should:
• tell him/her which kind of food your children tike and dislike
• tell him/her which kind of activities your children can attend
• tell him/her the time you will pick up your children

Dear Thomas,
Hope you and your family are doing well.First of all sorry for not being in touch, due to,over busy schedule. As you know it happens when you are mother of a young child.

Actually I needed a favour from your side, as I have to move out of the city for 2-3 days in context of a business meet and I want you to look after Kiara. I have made a list of her favourite food and had put it in first drawer of chest. she needs milk twice day but is allergic to high protein diet.

For passing your time you both can have an active participation in the voluantree work in the local society hub, even Kiara(she) enjoys it very much.Oh i forget to mention that she has also been enrolled in the Dance classes, about which you have to make her ready in the morning.

after getting back to London I will pick her up on Thursday evening.I cannot trust anyone else than you to look after her as you guys are both compatible with each other.

Seen you soon.
Yours Lovingly,
Veronica.
