I am writing to you to inform you that, I had recently enrolled for the quarterly course in the Docktan University and I have been selected for the course. Thus, I would like to request you to arrange some accommodation amenity for me as I have never been there before.
Moreover, my flight will depart on 3rd of September and would reach the destination on 4th of September. I would like to stay in a private flat without any roommates or colleague. If you can arrange it in a meantime than it will be wonderful. I am glad to see my new home for next few months.
Furthermore, The place should be near from college, there should be good ventilation facility and it should have basic equipments such as a bed, a dressing and study table, a wardrobe and so on. To add more, ambiance should be attractive and must reflect enchanted experience.
Lastly, you can let me know if you need any kind of documentation proof from my end or even from college. I will immediately proceed for that and I will deliver it to you as soon as possible. I hope you will send me the details shortly so that I can revert back to you.
