Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently got admitted to your college next year and writing a letter to request accommodation in the college Hall of Residence for the upcoming academic year.
This will be my first year in the UK and I do not know anyone at the college. I will spend my first year in a Hall of Residence so that I can stay close to the campus. I would not like to share my room and prefer a suite room for a single female with an attached bathroom and kitchen. If the laundry is available then it would be an advantage.
I would like to request the meal using animal oil as I plant oil allergy. However, if the animal oil’s meal cannot provide, I will very much appreciate access to kitchen facilities that I prefer to cook myself.
Thank you for your assistance in advance. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours Faithfully,
Chris Wong
