Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you with regards to my accommodation that college Hall of Residence offer.
I am going to be a first year student of your college and I would like to apply for the room at your campus.
I would like to have a single or maximum double bed room with en suite bathroom, kitchen can be share. My diet is vegetarian so I would appreciate in case the room would be double to stay with another vegetarian. That would be really helpful for both of us I guess.
Moreover, I am athlete, so I need to have regular meals during my week. According to this it would be helpful if the kitchen will be close to the room.
However, if your campus cannot offer me accommodation that I am looking for I would be humbly grateful for any suggestion where I could find something that will suite my needs.
I am look forward to hearing from you
You faithful,
Tomasz Zawadzki
