Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Anna Ala, 29 years of age. A single mother to a. 7-year-old boy and now I am jobless. I am writing this letter to ask if there is an available part-time job in any office work duties in the football club association.
For the past two years, I worked as a secretary in one of the prestigious law firms in town. One of my tasks was to see to it that the schedules of the clients are on time and I am responsible for letting them know of their next appointment. In addition to that, I do some computer typing, like making a memo or answer clients inquiries online. I am knowledgeable too with Microsoft word and excel. Lastly, I can fluently speak, read and write in English.
I am really in need of a job to suffice our daily expenses. If there is an available job, surely I can start immediately. My résumé is attached further assessment.
I hope for a positive response to my inquiry. I will be more than happy to receive a call or a message at your most convenient time.
