You are not satisfied with the changing room in a sports centre that you visit.
Write a letter to the manager of this sports centre. In your letter, explain:
– what the problem is
– how you feel about the problem
– what steps you want the manager to take
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Behnaz Yousefi. I am one of the sports center premium clients. I spend two days per week there attending yoga and swimming classes.
There are several problems that I would like to bring into your attention. First of all, duo to the sudden increase of attendance in classes, the locker rooms are not spacious enough to accommodate all the people. If someone gets there late, there is no chance they find a vacant place to change their clothes without bumping to other people. Besides, some shower heads are broken and people have to stay in a very long line to use the working ones.
As one of you oldest clients, who has spent all her junior years in your classes, I am truly disappointed with quality of your services and the way your staff behave like it is something ordinary and their lack of respect for customer rights.
First of all, you should define a limit to the number of class members. Secondly, some of the facilities are out of date and in the verge of distinction, such as the shower rooms. It would be nice to renovate the whole room and make use some of the new shower jets that can be used as massagers. Finally, teach your employees to be respectful and polite. Even if a customer gets angry, they should always keep their calm and try to defuse the situation.
Sincerely yours,
Behnaz Yousefi
