You are organising an executive event for the company you work for. Write a letter to the person in charge of a venue that you are considering for the event and ask for detailed information regarding dates, services and costs.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to enquire about the Seminar hall that I have booked for the meeting on 27 September at your specified site.
At first, I need to verify that it is an official business executives seminar and will be held next month for two days from 27 September to 28 September. Besides, in these two days, the officials should be welcomed diligently with upmost cares well as supply of soft drinks and snacks consecutively, in the beginning of seminar to keep them dehydrated.
Furthermore, the sitting arrangement should be for more than 100 people. The availability of stationary and in between help should be assisted by a separate person. Moreover, the facilities such as high sound proof microphones and speakers, large screen visual display projector and other technical assistance should be on the top criteria.
Moving further, timing of the seminar will be between 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Basically, there should not be any compromise in the hygienic food. Company does not want to any gaveling issues about food and health. I have agreed to 200$ per day for the booking as has already placed a cheque. Further any discussions of expenses to be covered partially by both the parties.
Yours faithfully,
jasmeen.
