Dear Mr Willson,
I hope this letter finds you well. my family and I are accommodating on green hill. I wish to lodge a complaint about some of the stuffs which are in the house.
Let me explain you in detail, my name is Chi Chung who is living in first block of green hill. I have rented this house for 2 years as I am working in a mission which is long the same years in your English country.
Secondly, I would aware you since the day we have arrived the dining table which is important for eating has a serious problem. In fact one of its leg is broken and its not possible to put anything on it. Besides, also, the refrigerator’s ice maker doesn’t work sufficiently.
Furthermore, since I have read the accommodation rules. The landlord must bear the responsibilities of furniture damages. As you are aware, how vital is a refrigerator for anybody, I was wondering to inquire from you to consider these problems and fix or replace them as soon as possible. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
