Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my insatisfaction with the current service offered at the college cafeteria.
Particularly, I have daily had lunch at the cafeteria, however over the past few weeks I have noticed a decreasing on the quality of the food while the price of the meal has increased 12%.
Although I recognize its qualities, such as: great range of options on the menu, fair deals for students and also the new stations with gluten free, vegetarian and light food, the conventional stations were still working far from the high level of quality that it used to have.
Finally, I would like to point some items in order to help you with ideas to improve the service again. One of the suggestions is related to offer a weekly deal for regular students who often have lunch at the cafeteria with discount on the purchase of whole meal with a soft drink. Also, new cutlery and chairs may help the kitchen look new and clean.

I am writing to you in response to your letter dated on 1st January 2018 requesting feedback on restaurant service available in our college campus.
I am quite excited to share my honest feedback for the same.
Firstly, We are much satisfied to have this facility available in our campus. The food served is not only hygienic but also cheaper compare to other restaurants located in the town. This is very advantageous for students, especially who are living in hostel. I am using this facility on almost daily basis and find the lunch menu quite attractive and tempting.
Finally, I also want to take this opportunity to provide some suggestions. I have found that there are few options available for health-consious students. I think that students will be grateful if vegetable salads as well as fruit juices are added to the menu.
I am looking forward to share my feedback to canteen management as well as getting published on magazine.
