How are you ? Hope everything is going well. It was a shame that i missed your birthday party last week. I'd apologise about that situation because I know how it was important to be beside you in your special day but i had some reasons that were out of control.
As you surely know, I'm working on my PhD research and I am in the final stage. The day before your birthday, my professor called me and asked to present an initial version of my thesis in Aleppo in the next day. So i had to travel there urgently. I tried to contact you but your phone was unreachable.
So tell me about your party. How fun it was? I'm sure that you were shining as usual. I can imagine how our friends were happy with the music and games that we have planned together.
I've to get off now. When i return from Aleppo I'll arrange a new party to celebrate your birthday.
